AGM 2025
The 2025 AGM of the Telegraph Hill Society will be held Wednesday 10th December at 7:30 pm. It will be an online event and links for attendance will be sent to those who register interest in advance via email or via our website.
The meeting will include a report of the Society’s work and some information about local planning and about heritage design. We welcome volunteers for any elected position and especially reach out to those with an interest in local history, heritage, urban regeneration or public transportation issues.
AGM 2024
The 2024 AGM of the Telegraph Hill Society will be held Friday, April 12th at 7:30 pm at Hatcham Oak Children’s Centre, Wallbutton Road, SE4 2NX
The meeting will elect officers and committee and will include a report of the Society’s work. Volunteers are welcome for any position. We are specifically needing assistance from those with an interest in heritage, urban regeneration or public transportation issues, as newsletter editor or with organising events on heritage, regeneration or local history. TALK
“A Good Night Out” The meeting will be followed at the conclusion of the meeting by a talk from local historian, Carol Harris who will tell us about the history of local entertainment in and around New Cross, Deptford and Brockley over the years.
The meeting is free to attend and there will be a paid bar.

AGM 2023 CHAIR PUBLISHED REPORT
TALK
The meeting will be followed at 8:00pm by a free talk from Candy Blackham, author of: “Green Lewisham: Our treasured open spaces”, who will tell us about all the green spaces in our borough which are hidden around almost every corner. There will be an opportunity to buy signed copies of her book, which features Telegraph Hill Park.
The talk is part of the Telegraph Hill Festival.
